Common issues
- Can’t sign in — check the email inbox you used for magic link or Apple sign-in.
- Restore purchases — open the paywall and tap Restore if your subscription is missing.
- Subscription not active — make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.
- App bug or crash — send us the device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
